Refund policy

We offer store credit on qualifying returned merchandise, you're welcome to exchange or we will put your credit on a gift card that you can use anytime. This must happen within 30 days after purchase is made.

Your store credit will never expire. Items MUST have all TAGS ATTACHED and your RECEIPT/GIFT RECEIPT, items must be in its original condition.

Caps, underwear, swim shorts, colognes, body items and Turtleboxes are not eligible for returns, sale items are considered final.

Items purchased on sale are final and will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.
